Sprayer Returns, Repairs & Warranty

If your Cambrian Sprayer develops a fault, we can assess it for repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty and return conditions.

Warranty Returns

Cambrian Sprayers are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear or issues resulting from improper care or maintenance.

Before returning your sprayer:

Check the Cambrian Sprayer Maintenance Guide for common maintenance and troubleshooting steps.
Read our Product Return Policy to check the warranty and return conditions.
Complete a Return Advice (RA) Form and include it with your sprayer.
Include proof of purchase.
Make sure the sprayer is clean and completely free from chemicals and oil.

Once received, our team will assess the sprayer. If the issue is approved as a valid warranty claim, we will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.

If the fault is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before proceeding. A $50 + GST assessment fee applies to Cambrian Sprayers returned where the issue is found not to be a manufacturing fault. Additional servicing and parts charges may apply if you choose to proceed with a repair.
